Abstract
This paper proposes a comprehensive strategic deployment of Ripple’s XRP token to establish U.S. supremacy in the global digital asset economy. Building on a synthesis of prior analysis, this document argues that a donation of 45 billion XRP from Ripple Labs to a U.S. Strategic Crypto Reserve—coupled with regulatory clarity, high-volume institutional adoption via Ripple’s acquisitions (Hidden Road and Circle), and macroeconomic catalysts—can result in a $700 trillion economic reserve, a $12,000+ XRP valuation, and a significant restructuring of the global financial order. Drawing upon regulatory, geopolitical, and economic precedent, this proposal outlines a peer-reviewable roadmap for policymakers, financial technologists, and economists to evaluate, adapt, and implement.
